


This Four Week High Performance Boxing course is designed for those who want to have a greater understanding of boxing and learn advance boxing methods.
This course will give you an insight into how the world’s best boxers train and how you can apply the same concepts to your personal training, group training or coaching situation.
There is no other course on the market that will give you these skills or insights into the boxing world and how you can use these skills to improve. The High Performance course represents a very unique opportunity!
These four, 90 minute sessions cover aspects such as technique, balance to simulated boxing (i.e. simulated boxing is as close as you can get to boxing with out the contact) which teaches you how to safely simulate non-contact sparring in your personal training.
Unlike the Performance Boxing courses, this High Performance Program does NOT carry CEC’s with Fitness Australia as it has many advanced boxing drills. However, the course will give a selected group of personal trainer’s skills that are usually not available to general fitness professional.
