


X-Training for Fitness, Fat loss & Performance
X-Training will show you how to use a variety of training methodologies to get your clients to get in shape faster than you ever thought possible. You will learn how to use X-Training methods to use in a one on one personal training setting and strategies to use X-Training methods with large outdoor groups of up to 150 people.
X-Training is a system that you will be able to use to improve fitness, accelerate fat loss and increase performance. We will give you the system to manipulate the training variables and exercise selection to achieve your desired goals.
